LPGA Tour: Nelly Korda wins third tournament of 2026 with dominant performance at Riviera Maya Open

Nelly Korda has won her third tournament of 2026 and continued her fine form with a fantastic four-shot victory over Arpichaya Yubol at the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba.

The Chevron Championship winner capped off a brilliant performance with a sumptuous putt on the 18th after a mishap to secure a three-under 69 and a brilliant 17-under over the weekend.

Korda has not finished lower than second in any of the six tournaments she has played in since the turn of the year, tying her with Annika Sorenstam as the only other woman to ever achieve that feat.

"I'm just enjoying myself - I love the competition," the world No 1 said after her victory. "I love travelling to places like Mexico and all over the world. I'm just having fun.

"You put the same amount of work in every time - you just never know - it's golf! I was humbled at the last hole, I had a pretty smooth day otherwise.

"Everyone out here puts in the work - I'm so thankful to have such a great team around me. We all are super motivated and just happy to be out here."

Thailand's Yubol was not able to match Saturday's stunning 66 and finished on a two-under 70 for the day, leaving her unable to mount a substantial challenge to Korda.

Futher down the leaderboard, England's Jodi Ewart Shadoff had a fine afternoon, finishing three-under and matching Korda's 69 to finish tied sixth on the weekend with Spain's Carlota Ciganda.

The LPGA Tour heads to Mountain Ridge in Michigan next week for the this week for the Mizuho Americas Open, with all four rounds live on Your Site.
